Social Compliance

Workers' Welfare & Social Standards

Regulatory and ethical labour practice: contracts, safety, grievance handling and social audit readiness.

1–3 days Foundation HR officers, welfare committees, supervisors, management

Course overview

Workers deliver the quality your buyers pay for. Social audits examine whether that relationship is lawful, safe and fair — and findings can suspend a supply agreement overnight.

This course grounds teams in Kenyan labour and occupational safety law, then builds the committees, records and behaviours that hold up under audit.
